I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University and a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. I was born and raised in NYC.
As a new, sleep-deprived mom to Emma, I was doing everything I could to help my daughter sleep. Nothing was working. In fact, it felt like I was making things worse. After several months, I decided to hire a sleep consultant at Dream Baby Sleep® – this decision changed my family’s life.
I became intrigued with the science behind sleep, and learning all its intricacies. Seeing my daughter’s mood change so dramatically, made it clear to me how much of a baby’s development is impacted by the quality and quantity of sleep.
My goal is to understand your baby’s temperament, your parenting style, and your cry tolerance. I had a no to low cry tolerance personally and formulating a plan that you can be consistent with and are comfortable with is key. Sleep is a skill that can be taught and I am excited to help families teach their little ones healthy sleep habits that will improve everyone’s quality of life!
